Payment: Some meetings may require a payment or deposit to confirm the reservation. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. Time Management: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled meeting to maximize your allocated time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened meeting duration. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients can cancel or reschedule their meeting by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Refunds: Refunds for prepaid meetings will be issued in accordance with the cancellation notice provided: 24-hour notice or more: Full refund Less than 24-hour notice: No refund No-Show: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled meeting without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
